} Karl Jonathan Pring, 46, of Chilliwack, B.C., died suddenly on January 24, 2013.
Karl was born on February 1, 1967, in Londonderry, Northern Ireland. He emigrated with his family in 1970 from the U.K, and resided in Ontario for 7 years before moving to British Columbia in 1977. The family relocated to Salt Spring Island in 1980, where Karl attended Gulf Islands Secondary School. Karl lived and worked on Salt Spring Island for a number of years before moving to the Lower Mainland to raise his family.
Karl will always be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor, kind heart and ability to make everyone laugh.
He is survived by his beloved children, Chloe, Isaac and Neveah; his mother, Maisie Pring; two sisters, Bridie Robson and Tracey Horrocks; his brother, Sean Pring; stepmother, Susan Pring; stepsisters, Amanda Lake and Melissa Scheppner; former spouse, Julia Henderson; former girlfriend, Caitlin Sampson; nephews, Ethan, Nicholas and Tyler Robson, and Jeremy Horrocks; niece, Jessica Horrocks, and numerous step nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins in the U.K. and Canada. His father, Barry Pring, precedes him in death.
The funeral is set for Friday, February 8th, 2013 at 1 PM, Southridge Church, 22756-48 Avenue, Langley, BC, V2Z 2T6
