Beloved son of Geoffrey and Margaret Allen of Salt Spring Island, passed away suddenly on February 23rd in his adopted country of South Korea.
Jeremy will be dearly missed by his parents Geoffrey and Margaret Allen, his sister Sarah Allen (Tristan Haenep), his fiance Sungmin Choi, Sungmin’s family, his nephew and niece Forest and Fern Junker-Allen, and all of his family in England and Canada.
Jeremy was a man of deep intellect with an adventurous imagination. He was an artist of language, both in his creative expression and through his teachings at Kyungbuk National University, South Korea.
An individual with a dry wit and a playful sense of humour, Jeremy was a true character who will never be forgotten.
