Deepening Into Aging

Due to the interest in this topic, Star of the Sea Centre for Spiritual Living and Practice is offering a second workshop with the theme Deepening into Aging. Facilitated by JayaLynda Cole, who has a private practice in transformational counselling therapy, teaching, meditation, including several years with Eckhart Tolle Teachings, the  day will be dedicated to contemplation, inquiry, meditation and writing-drawing to deepen into the all-important meaningful questions that arrive as the end of life approaches.
