Getting to Know Our Neighbours: Stewart Webb, Global Security Specialist

Salt Spring Islander Stewart Webb, editor of “DefenceReport” and a frequent guest on CTV National News, and other Canadian media outlets with respect to Canadian and international military issues, including terrorism and insurgencies, will be speaking at the United Church at 7 p.m. on “Global Security and Climate Change.” What, for example, happens when the water runs out?

Stewart holds degrees in Political Science and Security Studies and is an affiliate of TSAS, the Canadian Network for Research on Terrorism, Security, and Society. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Entry by donation toward the work of the United Church Social Justice Committee. Refreshments provided.
