AARON SAMUEL HANNAH-MATIN

Aaron passed away unexpectedly on August 26, 2010 in Ontario at the age of 27. Aaron is survived by his beloved Krista and Corbin; mother Anne Hannah; father Eddie Matin (Lesley); sister Emily; grandmothers Ursula and Bea; Aunts Lois (Leo), Cindy, Trish (John) and uncle Jim (Robin); cousins Alex, Iggy, Haydn and Zoe. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him, including firefighters, paramedics and Thrifty’s friends in his communities of Salt Spring Island, Victoria and Ontario. Aaron was a vibrant, brilliant, caring, loyal and beautiful young man with a big heart. Whatever he was involved in, he gave it his all, at least 110%. Aaron had a daring sense of adventure and a marvelous sense of humour. Surprising aspects of his personality were always emerging to amaze us. A celebration of life in memory of Aaron will be held on Sunday, Sept. 26th., from 2 – 4 p.m. at Goward House, 2495 Arbutus Rd., Victoria. Please feel free to share memories, stories and photos or email them to gpike@telus.net.
