CATHRINE HONOUR (CAT) HALLIWELL

Born April 24, 1984.

On September 6, 2010 in a terrible tragic accident, we lost our beautiful Cathrine, our amazing Cat, our precious pearl, our funny girl, our fabulous friend, our soccer star. She had the fire in her eyes, beauty in her body, the passion in her spirit, the love in her heart, and kindness in her soul. Cat will be missed by family, friends and all who knew her across the planet. Those who will celebrate her life from her family include her parents David Halliwell and Marion Bankes and Stepfather Michael.

Maureen McKinnon, her loving grandmother, her Uncle John Halliwell and cousins John-Paul, Anthony and Daniel and their families from England. Her Aunt Kathy and Uncle Jim MacLean, and cousin Kerri Alexander her husband Brad and baby Addison, Auntie Corrie, Uncle Kym Pearce, cousins Alexander, Calvin and Myles in Australia, all her family in Alberta, and all her English family in England, Ireland, Europe and Ontario. Many thanks to Saltspring, her island village, for all the great friends, and nurturing neighbours, for giving her a safe haven, to stretch her limbs and spread her wings. Thanks to her soccer team, The West Coast Football Club for establishing the Cathrine Halliwell Scholarship Fund in her honour.

A celebration of her life will be held at The Stonehouse
