Bats of Salt Spring Island

Provincial biologist Purnima Govindarajulu has set up an electronic bat detector on Salt Spring as part of the North American Bat Monitoring Program, a cooperative effort of Canada, the USA, and Mexico. She will be giving a talk on Salt Spring bats at the Library.
