Poverty Reduction Strategy Consultation

Salt Springers and other Gulf Islanders will have a chance to have their voices heard directly by the province on B.C.’s Poverty Reduction Strategy. Community consultation session at Lions Hall starts at 12 noon with a hot lunch together, to be followed by circle discussions on issues like housing, welfare rates, health, education, low wages and the structural barriers faced by marginalized people.
