Jonathan Manthorpe, a highly accomplished journalist and author of the timely new book Claws of the Panda: Beijing’s Campaign of Influence and Intimidation in Canada, will address the crisis in Canada-China relations, which – as daily news reports indicate – is a pressing issue.
