The Foundations of Insight (Mindfulness) Meditation

Five-class course led by Heather Martin begins today at Star of the Sea Centre for Spiritual Living and Practice at St. Mary’s church in Fulford. Four Thursday evening sessions from 7 to 9 p.m., and a fifth class on Sunday, Oct. 7 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
