Workshop: Making Sense of Climate Through Stories

This workshop is an opportunity for community members to engage in collective climate sensemaking. We will use future imaginings and narratives to encourage careful listening to what others value, and to inspire climate adaptation aspirations. Climate sensemaking is a local process that develops over time. We will share stories that have meaning to us, listen to each other, and over the course of the workshop we will come to a collaborative future vision of life on Salt Spring Island.
