Salt Spring RCMP host a food bank benefit by encouraging people to put food bank donations into an RCMP vehicle. Country Grocer parking lot. 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Parade begins from Rainbow and Jackson at 12 noon; goes down Hereford Avenue through the Thrifty’s parking lot; along Fulford-Ganges Road and ending at the library on McPhillips. Speakers and music at 1:30 p.m. outside the library.
