DESCRIPTION:Developing awareness of what we embody as leaders is key to understanding how we make conscious leadership choices that create working cultures that align with our values and goals. In this lively\, action-based\, on-your-feet session\, we will discover embodied practices that can help us recognize our default habits as leaders\, and think about leadership from a different perspective. We will explore an expanded range of leadership responses supporting productive collaboration and co-creative outcomes. \n\n\n\n\n\n“Connecting people and communities to opportunities for creative engagement with the world is an essential part of my role as an artist. Whether through a shared performance experience\, participation in interactive experiences or through collective creation\, I’m deeply invested in building connections between people through art\, imagination and poetic expression. ”
