Fourth annual event has community societies and businesses decorate trees, and members of the public for favourites with a food bank donation. Harbour House Hotel meeting room (rear entrance.) Open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to Jan. 2.
Free for all at Fulford Hall: brunch begins at 11 a.m., dinner is at 6 p.m. Gifts for the kids and music for all at the day and evening jam. Potluck (optional). Another happy, alcohol-free event.
Home-cooked turkey with all the trimmings, salmon, ham and vegetarian lasagna, four vegetables, and rolls, topped off with goodies and fruit for dessert, and a variety of beverages. Downstairs at the Legion (Meaden Hall). All welcome; no cost.

Community carol sing with the All Saints choir at All Saints By-the-Sea will take place, weather permitting, at 2 p.m. By donation fundraiser for the food bank. This event was postponed from last Wednesday, when it was cancelled due to weather, power outages and illness.
