Galen Jones passed away after a brief fight with cancer. Passing peacefully at home with his family by his side, loving wife Betty, and girls Penny (Darren), Heather (Buck), Tammy, Chelsea (Forest) and nine grandchildren. He is also survived by one brother and one sister. The family wish to thank Dr. Reznick, Dr. Gummeson, nursing staff at Lady Minto Hospital, Royal Jubilee Hospital, the Cancer Clinic, and Home Support Nursing for their kind and caring support.
At Galen’s request there will be no service. Donations to the Cancer Society or Red Cross would be appreciated. Friends are invited to join in a celebration of Galen’s life at a date yet to be set.
