Lena Reid

Lena was born in Fort Frances Ontario on January 18th, 1925. Lee passed away in the loving care of her family on Salt Spring Island on September 19th, 2012. Predeceased in 1999 by her husband of 51 years, Wylie Reid.
Survived by her daughter, Gail Retallack (Paul) and son Bob Reid (Ellen) and three grandchildren, Kelly, Amber and Riley.
Lee was proudly independent in her Richmond home for 57 years, until shortly before her death. Her courage, strength, compassion and above all, her generosity were an inspiration to us all. From her many friends and family; God Bless You, Lee. The family is grateful for the caring support of Doctor Beaver and the Community Care Nurses.
