Fern was predeceased by her loving husband Frank and son Kent. Survived by son Richard Haworth (Cathie) of Kelowna, son William (Bill) Haworth (Alice), Salt Spring, niece Sarah Haworth (Rob) of Squamish, nephew William Haworth (Joy) of Vancouver, Linda Haworth of Vancouver, and dear friend of over 70 years Anne Isbister of Salt Spring.
We sincerely wish to thank Dr. David Woodley and the staff of Lady Minto Hospital for the care Fern received in her final days.
