Phyllis E Meagher
Born November 28, 1926 in Prince Albert, SK. Passed away Nov 23, 2012 in Ganges on Salt Spring Island where she lived for 40 plus years. Predeceased by her husband Pat (2006) and survived by her sisters Gladys (Allan) Alexander and Margaret (Bruce) McGillis, and brother Fred (Sheila) Gane and nieces and nephews. Phyllis worked for the Provincial Government for years. After Pat and Phyllis retired they travelled extensively, one trip being around the world. She was a great story teller and loved to laugh. Phyllis loved family, friends and church. She will be greatly missed. Special thanks to friends Carol and Dennis Scott and the staff at Braehaven Assisted Living. Funeral services to be held at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 135 Drake Road, Ganges, Salt Spring Island on Friday Dec 7, 2012 at 1:30pm.
