Belliveau – Ann Marie (Harvey)
Ann (Mimi) passed away peacefully at Lady Minto Extended Care Unit (ECU) on February 9, 2014. She was born in Calgary, AB on September 20, 1929 and moved to Salt Spring Island, B.C. in 2001 to be closer to family. Ann was a loving wife and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt. She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Fred, parents John and Vivian (Bouyea) Harvey, sister Leone Fennings, and many other family members and friends.
Ann is survived by her children: Harvey (Marion), Carol, and Colleen (Geoffrey); grandchildren: Lindsey (Daniel), Sean (Bonnie), Catherine, and Jacqueline; great-granddaughter Laney; a great-grandson on the way; Marion’s children: Erin and Joseph (Kally); sister-in-law Phyllis; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
The family would like to extend heartfelt appreciation to the staff, volunteers, and special companions at Lady Minto ECU, Dr. Ryan, home care workers, and the C.W.L. for everything they have done over the years.
In accordance with Ann’s wishes, a Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at Our Lady Of Grace Catholic Church on Salt Spring Island on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. A graveside service and gathering will be held in Calgary at a later date.
